The Prime Minister Of Australia, the single most important office holder in the country categorises the abrupt departure of larrikin icon Karl Stefanovic from the Nine network as “a matter for Karl Stefanovic to think about his actions and the decisions that he’s made.”
Karl says on youtube in “A message from Karl”: “I’m free. Truly independent. ……. The public deserve to hear perspectives ……. Freedom of speech here and around the world is what this show is about.”
With his statement, Albanese, a Prime Minister from the alleged Labor Party is saying that a worker can be sacked for helping others express their political opinions.
This is the type of thinking that “justifies” book burnings, “justifies” cancel culture and is a threat to the single most important foundation of human social life: discourse aka Logos aka free speech.
